Please follow the following to get Know Your Customer (KYC) verified at the Society Office

The society is audited every year. In relation to the advice of the Auditor of the Society, the following instructions are given to all the members that they

1. Send your identity documents to the society office like copy of voter card, copy of Aadhaar card, copy of PAN card, a copy of check issued from the bank for bank account confirmation, mobile number information etc. as soon as possible. Sign the form and make it available to the society office so that KYC can be done. And find the KYC form from the Downloads.
2. All the members of the Society should check the details of all types of transactions related to their account for the current financial year by personally visiting the Society office and giving written information. If any discrepancy is found/observed during investigation, it should immediately be brought to the notice of the Society Office in writing.
3. All members must deposit Rs 100 monthly or Rs 1200 annually in the society office as their compulsory deposit. This is necessary as per rules.
4. Check your name and surname every time while transacting with the society. While corresponding with the Society, always give your latest address and mobile number.
5. If there is a difference in the signature of any member or the problem of not getting the signature occurs again and again or the member wants to change his signature in the society, then such members will have to come to the society office and submit the request along with the above mentioned documents.
